Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered from Move-ment Apparel! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll send you a new size, style, color, or issue you a refund. You have 7 days from when your order is delivered to return or exchange your items. A $‌15 return fee will be applied to all returns, per order. For exchanges, don’t worry, you won’t get charged a fee! We do not accept returns for refund based on a "Change of Mind".

You can start the process by contacting us. We’ just need your order number to get started. Once we receive your request, we will respond and you will be able to print a return label. If you have your packing slip, please include that in your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging.

Order Issues

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact support@mentmove.com with your order number, as well as a photo of the damages, or the wrong item you received. We will get you taken care of!

You will receive an email once your return is received and the refund has processed, or when your exchange order has shipped.
